Live-chat browser storage
The Chatwoot widget uses cookies and browser storage to maintain your visitor session and conversation continuity. Chat messages are stored on our support server. Clearing browser storage can remove access to a guest conversation. Blocking the widget or its storage can prevent live chat from loading.
1. What the site stores
The store saves your cart in browser local storage under wardogs-cart so your selected boosts survive a page reload. Your selected display currency is saved under wardogs-currency. Live support saves a conversation identifier and random access credential under wardogs-live-support for continuity; on a shared device, clear site storage when you finish. Supabase uses browser storage for authentication session information, including maintaining a signed-in session.
These functions use browser storage, which is different from a cookie sent with every request. We describe both here so you can understand what stays on your device.
2. Essential and optional technologies
This version of the store does not include advertising pixels or a separate analytics tracking integration. If we later introduce optional tracking that requires consent, we will ask before it is activated and provide a way to change that choice.
Third-party sites you visit through a link have their own storage and privacy practices. Their policies apply when you use those sites.
3. Your controls
You can remove individual items from your cart, change the currency using the header selector, or sign out from your account. Your browser also lets you inspect or clear this site’s cookies and local storage.
Clearing storage may sign you out and remove a locally saved cart or currency preference. It does not delete orders already stored in your account. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in from working as expected. For deletion of server-side account information, contact support as described in our Privacy Policy.
