Live chat with Chatwoot

Our public live chat uses Chatwoot hosted at chat.wardogsboost.com on our own server. It processes messages and technical session information to connect visitors with our support team. The widget does not automatically receive your store account details or order history. Older conversations in tawk.to remain separate and were not automatically imported. Do not submit passwords, recovery codes, or payment credentials in chat.

1. Information we handle

When you register, we process your email address, the name you provide, your account identifier, and authentication information. When you order, we store your selected services, levels, currency, order value, status, and dates. Messages you send in private order conversations are stored with the order. General live-support conversations are stored separately. Guest chats use a random conversation credential saved in your browser; signed-in chats are linked to your account. We store a hashed network identifier for abuse limits.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website. Do not include sensitive identification documents, payment credentials, or game passwords in ordinary chat.

2. How information is used

We use account and order information to provide the services you request, authenticate you, coordinate delivery, respond to questions, and resolve payment or service disputes. We use relevant security information to prevent abuse and investigate problems.

Where data-protection laws require a legal basis, processing relies on performing our agreement with you, meeting legal duties, or a proportionate legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. Where consent is required for an optional use, we will ask for it separately. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing.

3. Who can access information

Your account data is processed through Supabase for authentication, database storage, and live order conversations. Authorized support staff and service personnel may access the details needed to fulfill your order and assist you. We do not sell customer information. If the AI assistant is enabled, recent support messages and public store knowledge may be sent to Google Gemini or through OpenRouter and its selected model provider to prepare a response. Authorized support staff can review the full conversation. Request a human to stop AI replies in that conversation. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or sensitive documents.

If you use a payment provider, its own privacy notice governs the payment details you provide to it. Fonts are served directly from this website rather than an external font library. Relevant information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with a lawful request or protect legal rights.

4. Storage, security, and retention

We use account-based access controls to restrict order and conversation access, and authentication is handled by our authentication provider. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password and sign out on shared devices.

We keep information for as long as needed to operate your account, deliver orders, and deal with genuine disputes or legal retention requirements. A deletion request may not remove records that we must retain for those purposes; we will explain relevant exceptions. Infrastructure providers may process data outside your country, subject to applicable requirements for international transfers.

5. Your choices and privacy requests

You can ask us to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your information, subject to applicable law. You may also object to processing where that right applies or withdraw consent for an optional use. Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully completed.

Send a request to [email protected] using your registered email. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account. We respond within the deadlines required by applicable law. You can raise concerns with a relevant data-protection authority without first giving up any other remedy.

6. Age requirements and changes

Our ordering service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We update this page when our practices change. Material changes will be brought to users’ attention where required. For details of browser storage and session tools, read our Cookie Policy.
